I've got an AE project that is 5K by 6K resolution with 10 layers and is 1000 frames long.

I need to make a Photoshop file for each frame that will maintain all of the layers. Rendering a Photoshop sequence flattens my layers.

Instead of going frame by frame and using the "Save Frame As..." (which takes several minutes per frame), I need a script that automates the process. Any help is appreciated.

I don't know of any way to export photoshop layers via scripting. You could, however write a script to render each layer as a separate file for each frame. From there, I guess you could have a photoshop script that comps them all together into one file.
