highlight 2 things, the thing you want to change, and the thing you want to change it too. If the item in the project menu is on top, hit "y" or if its below, hit "n". It will replace that item with the other item in the entire project automatically. Also, it has smart import saved as a button too.

I succesfully linked two huge projects together with it in 2 seconds instead of 6 hours.
