just registering in the forum this little gem I've met:
http://www.popcornisland.com/after-effe ... r-effects/
[ works great ! ]

i was looking for AE to FCP and found the solution here:
viewtopic.php?f=8&t=417&hilit=xml&start=15

and as it seems there's no reference to Popcorn's script around,
i thought it would be a nice way of saying thanks to the community

see ya

I'll have to check out that FCP to AE script. Dale Bradshaw http://www.creative-workflow-hacks.com/ was working on some kind of XML tool for getting stuff in and out of FCP. I haven't been scripting much lately so I've been out of the loop.

hola all,

yes, I've sort of fallen off of the face of the AE scripting earth as I've moved a lot of my efforts to the web side of things. I'm really hoping to find some more time to pursue some AE scripts though, especially since I've seen all of the incredible energy and output from the community and things like Pixel Bender cross over.

Anyway, yes I have some AE/FCP scripting stuff in place and if anybody finds it useful or would like to pull parts/techniques out for their projects consider it open source, although I'd love a mention in the credits. I'd also be willing to contribute to any open source efforts that come up in translation, work flow type stuff.

Cheers,
Dale
