Name of dockable panel - only script name?

When you create a dockable panel you can set the name, but that doesn't work if you run it from the ScriptsUI folder. It will only show the name of the actual file. For example, is there no way to have the actual file called "test_Test.jsx" and for it to show up as "Test" if you run it as a dockable panel?
