A dockable Pallette which allows text input for note taking and commenting. It could save iteslf as a .txt file in the same directory and with the same name as the AEP. This way whatever Project you have open will determine what notes are shown.
This sounds like a very ambitious suggestion, but would be very cool nonetheless!
