I need a script to lock individual properties of a layer with expressions. The script would simply take the property of layer and make it an expression. ie: Property = [540,960] Rotation = [0] ... and so on with all properties of the layer.

Ideally, if this script had a popup window with radio buttons for each property that I'd like to lock as well as a "lock all" button.

Locking layers in this way allows you to still select it but prevents accidental manipulations of the layer.
