automaticly reload imported footage

Hi to all,

I am very new to After Effects and Scripting.
I am working on a new workflow and I like to make a
total automized enviroment. I already configured the aerender.exe and
I do start these processes with the taskmanager tool of windows.

So far so good. The footage is most of the time the same, but sometimes
some frames longer or shorter.
How can I make After Effects reloading the imported footage automaticly?
