Hey guys, new to the site, was wondering if there is and expression(possibly a script) for combining multiple motion tracks. Reason being Is I have to change my tracking area a few times in the clip when stabilizing and now the clip jumps all over the place.

moving motion tracks that jump to different areas for periods of time is usually done by selecting the keyframes that need moved and visually lining up the paths (at least, that's how i've always done it). It's actually super easy.
