How could you tweak this so instead of just having the images in a straight line, you could have a rotating cylinder in 3d space with all layers at a y rotation of 90º but when a layer is in the center/front it turns to 0º. and then back to 90º as it passes by?

Hey dan, thanks for the tip. this works. but isn't ideal, cause then i'd need to shift the anchor point manually on each layer to the center of the word. I have a text layer with a big paragraph of text in it. some of the words are different sizes & colors. Anyone know of a script that could take the 1 layer and then put each word on it's own layer keeping the size/color and position in tact?

i ran the script and then set position keys, then moved to a new time and then tried to run the script again and then it said it couldn't do the script cause of the keyframes.

i was just playing around to see if i could animate a bunch of layers really fast this way.

i tried to keyframe it and the first set works but on the 2nd set of keyframes i get an error that line 39 can't do keyframes. any idea on what to change it to to do make it keyframeable?
