I'm afraid i can't do that since there will come paticles out of the end and startig point of the beam.
i came a little bit further with the Expression, but it only seems to work correct when X and Y offset are the same. (doenst realy work as it should though)

i'd like it to work as if it was parented.
when you move the beam and rotate it, the beam will still rotate along the anchor Point.
