I there i was looking for a script that allow me to split the rgb, there are some pluggins that do that, but i'd like to have some control on the amount of split and the direction of the split.
Can anyone help me?
Shift Channels to isolate the different channels + Colorama to colorize. Combine the three instances of the footage with appropriate Blending mode, and animate your layers as you like. Just a suggestion...
