Stretch and dropping effects

Hi all,

I've to simulate the stretching and dropping effects.
Let's imagine we've got a sort of fluid pretty dense, so that at first it's gonna drop, but since it's stitched at top and is not much liquid, the bottom part is gonna stretch.

Hope the description is clear enough. Actually I don't know how I could achieve this fx!

You might apply a spring expression to the corners controls of a corner pinned layer.
