Domino Effect..

I'm trying to parent the position & rotation of multiple solids to a Null. I want the solids to react to the Null with a delay. For instance ; if I key frame the Null to rotate 90 degrees, I need the solids to rotate 90 degrees different times after ... a "Domino Effect".
