autofade around in&out points (ffx)

Hi everyone,
I'm just discovering this fantastic website and i'm a new member.
I hope to bring some help and to enjoy your script too!
Here is a very small ffx to make an autofade around in & out points of layers.
Each layer is independant and can control its in and out timing. there is an option to gang the two value.
