Offset with Expressions

Hi I need some help with this expression, I know i can use key frames and loop-offset+continue to achieve this effect i need.
I want to know how to do this without key frames.
I'm able to get an offset over time with EASE (as I want the circle to stay still a bit then resume again) but I want it to stack up.
I'm not familiar with for loops and so hope someone here can help with this. Please ping me if you have an answer.
Goal :
offsets 100 px in yPos every given duration with ease.
