scale dock Apple style?

Hi, sorry for my bad english.

I´m looking for expression or preset to emulate a scale effect similar to the dock panel of apple.

I´m remember a tutorial some time ago but i don´t remember where.

Its for make a animation a lot of images, i need a preset or expression, for make this easy.

Can you help me?
