Are there any free designers for creating ScriptUI windows?
Where can I find documentation for ScriptUI? I'm running AE CS4.

The ScriptUI documentation is in the Javascript Tools Guide CS4.pdf
I'd suggest doing a search on this forum for "ScriptUI" and also check out the code in any other scripts you can find that have a UI, including scripts on this forum and at http://www.redefinery.com/ae/ and http://www.aescripts.com
