Is there a script or another way to save or export an AE cs3 file to AE 7?... The problem is that I'm using CS3 at work but I need to make some changes at home and I have 7.. I'm not using any new feautures in CS3 i don't know if that would make a difference but i need to find a way to do this...

I'm not aware of any way to save a project backwards. You could maybe try using animation presets or copy/paste keyframes. That would be very cumbersome if you had anything very complicated. I've never understood why some Adobe apps can save backwards but not AE.
