Custom file name / Output Render name / Render Path Script

Hey guys, I barely know TCL and have been going nuts with this for some time.
I'm trying to make a script that does this:
Upon starting a new file from a template I made -
-Asks user to input a VFXName based on our VFXName naming scheme (ie, 101_023-01, "episode_scene_shot")
-Asks user for their initials
-Renames a specific output comp in the template to the designated name + artist initials + version number (default will always be 01)
-Saves the project with the designated name into a pre-defined folder located at the path "serverpath/episode/VFXname/2D/00_projects/"
-Sets the render output path to "serverpath/episode/VFXname/Outputs"
Basically, everything I need to have my artists properly save, name, and render their files is contained within this one naming scheme.
Any help is MUCH appreciated!
Also, it would be an awesome bonus if someone could point me in the right direction as to how to make a script to auto create folders for image sequences.
Thanks!
