Importing Multiple Sequences, Creating Comps and Rendering

Hi Guys,
I'm looking for a script that will allow me to point to a folder, and it would import all the sequences from all the sub folders, create comps from them and add them to the render queue(with the current Default Templates), also allowing me also to point to an output folder that they all would go to, then render.
Is there one in existence already? or a couple of scripts I could use for this?
