I have been making scripts for a little while, and one thing that I cannot seem to figure out is how UI works! I have searched all over the internet, and I can not find a single article or video explaining the javascript UI. Can someone please explain to me how it works, because it would help me out a LOT!

I'd recommend you check out other people's scripts that have UIs and see how they did it. Also be sure to check out Adobe's "Javascript Tools Guide.pdf" which covers how Script UI works.
