Unortodox fps in ME

Hey all. I'm working on an 29fps video and I need to export it as a mp4. upon sending it to Media Encoder the fps im getting is 29.97. That's because ME doesn't allow the user to manually edit the fps value and instead offers a list of standard fps to choose from(and therefore rounds up to the closest value to 29 fps - 29.97). is there any way around this via scripting or otherwise?
