Repetative tasks (Creating Comp and assing values)

I want to create a script that will create a comp from a numbered footage.
Then i want to add a script to the value or parameter?

This is urgent, please do advise.

Want to add scripts to the values, position, effects and so on.

Can i make a script set the value or write in a script into that value..

Ok i am confused.

Need to Batch loads of files.

Your post is a little confusing. Do you mean that you want to have a script add expressions to layers? Please try to outline your script a little better and we can try to point you to some usable examples.
