Pendulum following Null object

Hi, I´m new to expressions but like all the possibilities.
I found Dan Ebberts' Pendulum expression, which is great, but would like the layer to follow a Null object as a pendulum would. When the Null object moves the other layer rotates and moves accordingly. Not like an elastic connection but more like a wire connection.
Does anyone know?
