Hi all

I am new to this site.
I am trying to replicate the cursor typing effect.
The text sits on a black box font and the cursor needs to reveal each character. I have achieved this but is heavily key frame based.
Has anyone got any tip, suggestions on how I can achieve this with script? This would really help and save my life.

I believe there is a preset for that under animation text effects.
