Expression To Grab Path Coordinate

Hi All,
I am trying to create an arrow that travels along a path. I want it to bend around the path as well.
I have come up with a possible solution. I am using the Vegas effect with only a single segment, this get's me the body of the arrow bending along the path. So the challenge is to get the arrow head to follow the path.
So I created a new solid and copied the Mask Shape to the clipboard and pasted it into the position property of the triangle layer (a solid with a triangle mask). This gets me my triangle traveling along the path, but it seems to be about 180 degrees out of phase with the Vegas stroke.
I am just wondering if there is an expression I could use to adjust the tracking?
Is there a better way to do this?
Thanks!
