AE ENHANCERS

hi there,
I was wondering whether there is a way to drive the resolution of a comp by another comp or even better by a text file.
I have to dynamically change (on a per shot basis) the resoultion of a pre-comp driven by the master comp with some crappy math.
I know I can ask AE to print the width of a comp, but i couldn't figure out how to change it using expressions or jscript..

(or this may solve my problem completely, way more elegant: is there a way to shift AEs camera frustum?)

It isn't possible to change a comp's width / height with expressions, but it can be done with a script. I know this reply is very late, but let me know if you still need help with this.
