Offset Own lensflate? help

i am bizy with a cool own lensflare and i have a problem, i want to offzet the circle in (this case)
but it when i do that, and i set the position back to the senter the circle is floating somewere else!
is there a way to let the sircle go further away (or closer) while the position is further Away?

and i have this expression For Vanising point of the ontroller layer:
