What documentation do you use?

I'm trying to get my head around AE scripting for the first time. I have a very specific need for it right now, but I'd like to learn for the future.

I already have experience with Actionscript and PHP, and at first glance I think I should be able to learn this stuff pretty fast. I just can't find any real good documenation. What do you guys use? And where does one start learning?
