This preset allows you to quickly and easily control oscillating animation of transform properties. There may be better tools out there for this, but I have yet to find them. It is surprisingly useful once you realize how many things oscillate. You can watch a video tutorial with examples here:

To install: Unzip the file. There will be an ffx file and an instructions document. Place the ffx file in your AE/Support Files/Presets folder. Read the instructions or watch the video above. Enjoy.
